This is for when your body needs consistent support and education not occasional check ins. We meet once each week for a 30-minute call to review challenges and educational response to how your system is shifting in real time.

You have ongoing access between calls through text or email. This allows you to ask questions as things come up so small issues do not turn into setbacks. Support stays focused on you, your challenges and implementation of your lifestyle adjustments to discuss with your PCP.

You receive priority scheduling for all calls, including urgent needs when something changes or questions come up quickly.

This format allows you to feel confident while I am walking along side you every step of the way and supporting you and building momentum across a full month instead of guessing between long gaps.
